Bed's were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The noise level was good since we were at the end of a hall. Did not partake in the free breakfast so I can't comment on that aspect of it. Check in process was easy when arriving late at night. Easy to get to hotel and used Lyft to go to All State Arena and the Subway station at O'hare. Rates for the Lyft were reasonable too from that location.

Can’t say enough about the quality, assistance and thoughtfulness of all the people we had who made things easy for us! Thank you!! Location, cleanliness, attention to quality details such as real half and half, REAL upper level yogurt, well wrapped breakfast pastries, etc, these things mean a lot! Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and the variety of breakfast as well as the shuttle service helped make our stay amazing. Staff were very accomodating amd friendly. They got the driver of the shuttle to wait for us when we accidently got on the wrong best western transport. The room was well comfortable and amy toiletries that we were missing were provided free of charge.

The location and the free shuttle bus from the airport was great. The driver was very entertaining and had us all laughing. The distance from chicago wasn't so good but we did a 16min walk to catch a bus and that was very easy from the bus we caught the blue line train into Chicago and it all went perfectly and was so cheap well worth doing

Breakfast was ok with various cold and hot options - eggs, potatoes, juice, cereals, muffins, bagels, etc. Room was really clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice having an own coffee maker in the room.
